🌿 Our Products & Materials

What materials are your journals made of?
Quality is our utmost priority. Our planners are bound in high-grade, soft PU vegan leather, while our 1% Better Journal is wrapped in premium natural linen. All of our products feature luxurious hot-stamped gold foil details.

What is the paper weight?
All of our journals and planners are designed with thick, woodfree premium paper ranging from 100 to 120 GSM (grams per square meter). This heavy-weight paper prevents ink bleeding and ghosting, even when using fountain pens or highlighters.


📦 Shipping & Tracking

What are your shipping times and rates?
We process and dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. Delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for France (via Colissimo or Mondial Relay) and 5 to 8 business days for Europe and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on all orders over €50 (£50).

How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a real-time tracking link will be sent to you automatically.


💳 Business & Custom Invoices

Can I get a VAT invoice for my business?
Yes, absolutely. During checkout, you can enter your company name. A detailed PDF invoice will be generated and emailed to you automatically. For any specific billing inquiries, please contact us at kura.chicfr@gmail.com.


🔒 Return Policy (Strict)

Can I return my product?
We accept returns within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order, under the following strict conditions:

  • Unopened Products: You can return any unopened and unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Opened Products / Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene standards and to protect our brand's premium value, products that have been unsealed or used (even partially) cannot be returned. This policy applies strictly across the United Kingdom and Europe.
